Ladies Who Stamp

Two of my GLOM (Gorgeous Ladies of Marketing) friends are big into rubber stamping. Sid likens this hobby craze to the latch hook rug-making fad that gripped the nation in the 1970s. I'd have to agree, except that rubber stamping is much more cool. Anyway, the Ladies Who Stamp were only too happy to help me make some invitations to a par-tay that I'm being treated to this Saturday. We decided on gold with embossing; you can't see, but the designs are dimensional. Very vogue.

you're invited

Fortunately I didn't have to make invitations for 1000! Just for some of the extra-special people who will be in attendance. Oh, and there's a small bunch of grapes stamped on the back, for extra panache.

Well, now somebody has to make a gift return at the craft store. Thanks for posting the design though! Very tasteful.

Wow! Napoleon would be very proud.
I dont get scrapbooking... and my patterns are linked on several scrapbooking sites and My site has been featured in 'booking magazines.

I still dont get all the fuss.
Stamping is cool, and I like photo albums, but I don't see them merging for me. That's very cool about your site though.
Man, I'm embarassed to say it, but I actually did a couple of those latch-hook things.

Don't ask me why - it could've been worse, once the latch hook high wore off, I might've gone into crochet or needlepoint, but I think I just went back to my Atari or something and buried the memory deep.

Oh, for shame.
Don't feel bad, Gamera, as a kid I used to make crocheted/latch-hook/whatever potholders. Anything for a buck, even at 10. As you can tell, they didn't make me rich. Neither did the Burpee(tm)seeds, Rainbow(tm) vacuums, or glow-necklaces. At least the seeds got me a baseball bounce-back.
Did anyone ever sell "Grit" magazine?
Can I ask who is the maker of the wreath stamp? I have been looking for a wreath stamp.
Thanks,
It's by All Night Media - designer is Anna Griffin, 580F03.
